The EMA Director is
responsible for the overall management of the agency.
This includes project management, staffing, budgeting, and
establishing policy. The director is also the
operations lead in the emergency operations center when
activated.

Coordinator assists the EMA director in all CSEPP related
issues. The coordinator also acts as deputy director
and works heavily with the CSEPP staff.

the radio system used by all emergency services throughout
the county. He also tracks the distribution of tone
alert radios and maintains the alert notification system, as

Administers and maintains the special
needs database for CSEPP. Also is responsible for all
EMA/CSEPP report compilation and distribution. This
