  The EMA Director is responsible for the overall management of the agency.  This includes project management, staffing, budgeting, and establishing policy.  The director is also the operations lead in the emergency operations center when activated.

  The CSEPP Coordinator assists the EMA director in all CSEPP related issues.  The coordinator also acts as deputy director and works heavily with the CSEPP staff.
 
Dwayne Brumley - Communications   e-mail Dwayne Brumley
  The communications lead is responsible for the maintenance of the radio system used by all emergency services throughout the county.  He also tracks the distribution of tone alert radios and maintains the alert notification system, as well
 
Teresa Stocker - Database/Special Needs Coordinator   e-mail Teresa Stocker
  Administers and maintains the special needs database for CSEPP.  Also is responsible for all EMA/CSEPP report compilation and distribution.  This person is also heavily involved in the development of the CSEPP calendar.
 
Ryan Eidson - Systems/Hazard Analyst    e-mail Ryan Eidson
  Network administrator for the CSEPP Wide Area Network.  Responsible for maintaining all CSEPP automation equipment, web page development/maintenance, and network security.
 
Tammy Phelps - Finance   e-mail Tammy Phelps
  Processes and tracks all EMA/CSEPP funds.  Also, coordinates budget proposals with the EMA Director.
 
Roma Pedneau - CSEPP Planner   e-mail Roma Pedneau
  The planner maintains the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP).  The EOP is a state required document which maps how an agency will react to different emergencies.

  Responsible for maintaining the CSEPP inventory.  
 
Jennifer Hitch - Training   e-mail Jennifer Hitch
  Coordinates training in Madison County for CSEPP staff, first responders, and all other participants in the CSEPP program
 
Paul Green - Medical   e-mail Paul Green
  Coordinates with Pattie A. Clay and St. Joseph's Berea on any CSEPP related needs.  Also works with the training officer on setting up medical related training for hospital staff.
 
Kelley McBride - Public Information Officer   e-mail Kelley McBride
  The Public Information Officer (PIO) is responsible for informing the public about the EMA/CSEPP program.  The PIO does public presentations, writes and distributes press releases, creates brochures, and contributes to the development of the annual CSEPP calendar
